Handmade in the UK
Our story started with chopping boards. We were making and engraving them, but couldn't find a wood conditioner that felt right, so we developed our own — just for our own boards at first. Our Wood Butter was born.
From there, one thing led to another. A Chopping Board Oil followed, then a Beeswax Polish, and eventually a Leather Balm — each one made the same way as the first: something we wanted for ourselves that we couldn't quite find off the shelf.
When friends started asking for their own tin of Wood Butter, we decided to try listing it on Amazon to see what would happen. It sold — and kept selling — and that's how a fix for our own chopping boards grew into the range we make today.
