Shipping
We aim to ship all orders within 3 - 5 working days* Once it’s left us, it’s down to your friendly local postie, but with Royal Mail shipping, it shouldn’t take more than a couple of days (UK)
*This does not include BBQ stands which have a few weeks lead time. Please email us to find out lead times for our BBQ stands as it varies between seasons.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded as they are bespoke and unique to you.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to a fault on our part.

If you change your mind about your purchase (within 14 days of purchase) and wish to make an exchange you can return to us unopened, original condition, resalable products.
​
If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.
​
If you need to make an exchange, please message us on our Contact Us page.
​
You will be responsible for packaging up your return securely and paying for the return shipping costs. Except in the case of returning faulty items, shipping costs are non-refundable. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item so it’s best to send it Registered Post and to get a tracking number.

A restocking fee of 20% of the total order will be deducted from the total to be returned.
