FAQ's

Can I change the wording on my bespoke item?
If we have not started making your item then, yes. Please email us as soon as possible at miguelscocina@outlook.com with your order number and the amendment you would like to make. If we have already started making your item then I’ am afraid we cannot alter wording.

How long will it take for me to receive my item?

We aim to have custom items made and dispatched in 3 - 5 working days*

 

*This does not include BBQ stands which have a few weeks lead time. Please email us to find out lead times for our BBQ stands as it varies between seasons.

I need my item for a specific date

It’s probably best to email us before placing your order so we can check. We will only say ‘yes’ if we can produce your product in time as we’ d hate to let you down. However, once your item has left us, we cannot be held responsible if there are any hold-ups with external couriers.

Can I return my item?

Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded as they are bespoke and unique to you.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to a fault on our part.

If you change your mind about your purchase (within 14 days of purchase) and wish to make an exchange you can return to us unopened, original condition, resalable products.

If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.

If you need to make an exchange, please message us on our Contact Us page.

You will be responsible for packaging up your return securely and paying for the return shipping costs. Except in the case of returning faulty items, shipping costs are non-refundable. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item so it's best to send it Registered Post and to get a tracking number.

A restocking fee of 20% of the total order will be deducted from the total to be returned.

My item has arrived damaged. What should I do?

We are sorry if this has happened. However, accidents do sometimes happen. Please email us with your order number along with some images within 24 hours of receiving your product. Please check your items as soon as possible after you receive them. Damages reported outside of this time frame are difficult / not always possible to claim for.
